With measuring tape, measure all the given areas with a moderately snug hold (not too tight).

For measuring A simply measure from back of neckline to desired shirt or coat length.

Then you may note the correct measurement on the proper line.

Sleeve measurement:

1. Measure from back of neck line over top of shoulder to the desired sleeve.

2. From shoulder down to desired sleeve length.
